hi friends,
Vishal seems to be not much distressed with his previous venture with ‘Satyam’ turning into a great flop. The young lad has persisted with his 6-pack structure for a macho look for his forthcoming film ‘Thoranai’ too. Shooting for this film had recently hit the floors at Karaikudi Cultural Festival where around 50 group dancers took part in it. The song has the lyrics ‘Vedi Vedi Vedi Comedy Adi Adi Adi Adhiradi’. The song has Vishal shaking his legs with Karuppasamy Kuthagaitharar fame Meenakshi with fast steps.
Also there will be also other folk artistes doing Karagattam, Oyilattam, Mayilattam and Thapattam. Shooting for this film had took around 2 weeks to complete and crowd from entire town flocked there in crowds to catch hold of their favorite stars dancing there.
‘Thoranam’ is a bilingual flick in Telugu and Tamil produced by Vishal’s brother Vikram Krishna under the banner of GK Corporation. Saba Ayappan who earlier worked with ace filmmakers like Mouli, Shaji Kailash, Viji and Boopathy Pandian as assistant director commences his directorial venture with this film.
The film has Shriya Charan starring opposite Vishal in the female lead role while Prakash Raj, Kishore, Pandiarajan, Sriman and MS Bhaskar would be performing prominent roles.
Mani Sharma scores music for the film followed by successful venture with Vishal in ‘Malaikottai’. Priyan cranks camera while VT Vijayan is the editor. Velu Prakash has been brimming up with innovativeness in churning out best set decorations. Chaitanya Rao who designed costumes for Bollywood celebrities and for Vikram, Surya in Ghajini and Maja is the costume designer.
